We have available a selection of one and two bedroom apartments and studios  for holiday let on the following great complexes Cristian Sur Tenerife Sur and San Marino. and the new complex El Miredor Castler harbour,Port royal,Comodoro,Surysol,Victoria Court and in Las Americas the following Pueblo toreviscas,Los Geronas,Ocean park1Parque Santiago11,Santa Maria and Garden City   . All apartments are privately owned and are fully equipped .

One bed apartments sleep four and two bed apartments sleep six studio sleep two. one beds have lounge seperate bedroom and full cooking facilates bathroom with bath and over head shower  two bedroom have lounge seperate bedrooms and full cooking facilates and are duplex with two balconies and two toilets. The studios have a sofa bed .

  Prices start from £175 for a studio  £245 for one bedroom apartments two share and £350 for two bedroom apartments for four share .There is an extra charge of £20 per person . 

  Terms   A £100 deposit is required to book and the balance is due 8 weeks prior departure.

Bedding and towels are changed at the end of the first and every subsequent week. there is no other maid service included . On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10 am .
